About Me

I am Annika F.

With over 13 years of experience, Annika began her career in public accounting, earning her CPA, CA designation before completing an MBA at HEC Paris and joining Bain & Company in management consulting. Along the way, she built a reputation for strategic thinking, mentorship, and empathy. It was during her MBA that she began formally coaching peers through career decisions, leadership transitions, and MBA admissions.

After becoming a mother while still working in consulting, Annika experienced a profound shift in identity and alignment. The role that once felt like the goal no longer fit. She realized how often women’s pivotal career transitions — around motherhood, ambition, and growth — go under-supported and under-recognized. That insight inspired her to lean fully into coaching.

Today, Annika is an ICF-certified professional coach who supports ambitious women through major career milestones. Her work blends clarity, strategy, and emotional depth, helping clients reconnect with who they are and build careers that reflect their values, ambition, and the season of life they’re in.
